Cuomo: ‘Joe Biden Has the Best Case’ of 2020 Dem. Hopefuls

New York governor Andrew Cuomo said Wednesday that Joe Biden has the most “credibility” of the many prospective candidates for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination. “I think of all the names that are out there, I think Joe Biden has the best case,” Cuomo told radio station WAMC. “I think there’s going to be a big field,” Cuomo said in response to questions about the candidacy of Massachusetts senator Elizabeth Warren, who announced that she was forming an exploratory committee earlier this week.
